Senior Caleb Elsey led the way for Alvin with 20 points and nine rebounds, while junior Carson Keithley and sophomore Brayden Wright added 13 points each.
Wright also chipped in seven rebounds and four assists and Keithley dished out five assists.
Senior Adam Gonzalez scored nine points in the contest for the Jackets, as well.
Elsey delivered a monster double double performance with 32 points and 19 rebounds to lead the Yellowjackets to a big road 67-61 win on Dec. 11 in La Porte.
Wright also turned in a huge double double outing with 18 points and 16 rebounds, while Keithley dished out eight assists and Gonzales and Edward Recendez chipped in three steals apiece.
