Senior outside hitter Hadlee Morris and senior middle blocker Tobi Phillips both hammered 14 kills and senior setter Gabby Phillips dished out 40 assists to lead the Alvin Lady Yellowjackets to a five-set victory over Elkins on Friday in Missouri City.

The scores of the games weren’t available at press time. The Lady Jackets were coming off a 25-17, 25-12 and 25-12 sweep at Pasadena on Aug. 21 behind Phillips’ 11 kills and six aces by Morris.
